UPDATED Thursday, August 5. Concrete work has been moved to Monday, August 9.
Residents on Rodney and Kirk (from E Jelinek to Douglas), please note the concrete curb/shoulder work is planned to start Monday, August 9. Any vehicle you may need for the following 7-10 days you’ll need to have out of your garage/driveway as the concrete will need time to cure after being poured. The day of pouring the contractor will notify you directly by knocking on the door/ringing the doorbell. Please plan on having your vehicles parked on E Jelinek or another side street for the day while the concrete work is being performed. Once the work is completed you can park on the road again in front of/across from your house, just be careful not to drive over/into the new curb. Please park your vehicles only on the east side of the road (in front of the houses with an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9). With the concrete curing, the driving lanes will be narrow and parking on both sides of the road will end up making the road impassable..
