Phase 1: Ryan St to Progress Way
8/3/23 Update: Starting around 8/9/23 the contractor is anticipating beginning the eastern portion of the project (Progress Way to County Road J) at which time Zinser St and Progress Way traffic will need to utilize Weston Ave from Ryan St and head east.
6/9/23 Update: The contractor has completed most of the tree clearing for the phase and has begun working on the storm water pond construction between Zinser St and Progress Way. On Monday, 6/12, the contractor is planning to begin the sanitary sewer work starting at Zinser St and then heading west towards Ryan St. Traffic should limit their use of Weston Ave between Ryan St and Zinser St for the next several weeks as utility installation progresses along this stretch.
