Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

2013 - 2017 Plan Overview
The Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (CORP) is used to guide the village in making decisions related to improvements at existing parks, new facilities, land acquisition, recreation trail extensions and improvements, and ADA requirements through the year 2017 and beyond.

A five-year update to a community’s plan is also an eligibility requirement for any local unit of government seeking parkland acquisition and development funding through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

2013 Plan Update
The Village recently retained  MDRoffers Consulting to begin an update to the CORP and include the CORP as a Chapter of the Village's Comprehensive Plan. The Chapter is currently undergoing final draft plan preparations and is proposed to be presented to the Village Park & Recreation Committee in late July 2013. When available a copy of this plan will be made available online.
