  • Ordinance No. 16-017 An Ordinance to Approve the Rezoning of Land from BP Business Park to LI Limited Industrial, on Lot 1, CSM#16895, Volume 79, Page 96, Document #1676458, 3.119 Acres at 8902 Progress Way, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.
  • Ordinance No. 16-022 An Ordinance Adopting the 2016 Official Zoning Map and Official Extraterritorial Zoning Map for the Village of Weston.
  • Ordinance No. 16-023: An Ordinance Repealing Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Weston Entitled "Businesses" and Amending and Recreating the Same. 
  • Ordinance No. 16-043: An Ordinance Amending Section 94.5.04 Intrusions into Required Yards.
  • Ordinance No. 16-044: An Ordinance Amending Section 94.4.07(3) Freight Terminal and reflecting a change in name of a land use category from Freight Terminal to Freight Terminal/ Transportation Depot in Figures 3.04 and 3.05 and Sections 94.4.07(5) Livestock or Farm Commodity Trucking and 94.17.04 Definitions.
  • Ordinance No. 16-046: An Ordinance Incorporating a “Rural Mix” Zoning District into the Village Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 94). This ordinance will apply within the Village of Weston and its extraterritorial zoning area within the Town of Weston. 

    The ordinance also rezones the following four properties along Camp Phillips Road in the Village of Weston to this new RM Rural Mix Zoning District:

    1. 4319 Camp Phillips Road, 32.79 Acres (PIN 192 2808 093 0994)
    2. 4021 Camp Phillips Road, 60.86 Acres (PIN 192 2808 093 0986)
    3. 23.163 Acres north of 3601 Camp Phillips Road (PIN 192 2808 093 0985)
    4. 4032 Camp Phillips Road, 67.32 Acres (PIN 192 2808 084 0957)
