This Capital Improvement Project includes the following improvements:

- Concrete Curb and Gutter;
- Asphalt Multi-Use Path;
- Concrete Sidewalk;
- Sidewalk Curb Ramps;
- Water Main, Water Valve Replacement, Fire Hydrant Adjustment;
- Sanitary Manhole Adjustment, Sanitary Service Adjustment;
- Storm Sewer Pipe, Storm Sewer Structures, Storm Water Infiltration Basin;
- Permanent signing;
- Pavement marking; and
- Erosion control, grading, and lawn restoration.
