VILLAGE OF WESTON
 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission, on Monday, May 13, 2019, at approximately, 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, at the Weston Municipal Center, 5500 Schofield Avenue, Weston, WI  54476 to take testimony relative to the following:

Project #20191300 Nick Bancuk, P.E., of MTS, LLC, 404 Franklin Street, Wausau, WI, representing Rolly Lokre, of Stratton Capital Schofield, LLC, PO Box 218, Plover, WI, on behalf of property owner IRET Properties, PO Box 1988, Minot, ND 58702, requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a proposed car wash on a property within the B2 (Highway Business) Zoning District and the WHP-A (Wellhead Protection-Zone A) Overlay District, pursuant to  Sec. 94.6.03(4), where it states car washes are only permitted within the WHP-A Overlay District through a Conditional Use Permit.  This property is described as:

Lots 8 & 9, of Mylrea’s Acre Lots, excepting the south 124 feet of Block 1.  This parcel is also known as 1611 Schofield Avenue (PIN 192-2808-183-0005) and consists of 1.1 acres of land.

The hearing notice with application materials are available for public inspection on the Village of Weston website located at http://westonwi.gov/421/Public-Hearing-Notices.

Written testimony must be submitted to the Village of Weston Plan Commission, Valerie Parker, Plan Commission Secretary, 5500 Schofield Avenue, Weston, WI  54476, or emailed to vparker@westonwi.gov, by noon on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, to be included in the Plan Commission Meeting Packet.  All interested persons attending the Public Hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Any person with questions or planning to attend needing special accommodations in order to participate should call Valerie Parker, Planning Technician, Planning and Development Department, at 715-241-2607.
