NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission, at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, on Monday, January 10, 2022, at the Weston Municipal Center, 5500 Schofield Ave, Weston, WI 54476, to take testimony relative to the following:
Project #20210439 Dan Higginbotham of Plover River Land Co. Inc on behalf of Lorraine Moran, 8504 County Road J, Weston, requesting a rezone of approximately 5 acres of land at 8504 County Road J from AR Agriculture and Residential Zoning District to RR-5 Rural Residential Zoning District as described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 25; thence N 0o 21’ 49” W, 1321.21 feet along the East line of the Southeast ¼ of Section 25 to the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 25; thence N 89o 26’ 06” W, 24.75 feet to the Westerly R/W of Wesenick Street and the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence continuing N 89o 26’ 06” W, 518.18 feet along the South line of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼; thence N 0o 21’ 49” W, 421.20 feet; thence S 89o 26’ 06” E, 518.18 feet to the Westerly R/W of Wesenick Street; thence S 0o 21’ 49” E, 421.20 feet along the Westerly R/W of Wesenick Street to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described.

Written testimony must be submitted to the Village of Weston Plan Commission, Valerie Parker, Plan Commission Secretary, 5500 Schofield Avenue, Weston, WI 54476, or emailed to vparker@westonwi.gov, by noon, on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, to be included in the Plan Commission Meeting Packet. All interested persons wishing to provide testimony during the Public Hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard. Interested persons who are unable to attend the meeting in-person, have the option to attend the meeting via a Zoom link that will be provided on the meeting agenda, where they can still participate and comment.
