Results of Voluntary PFA’s Testing
The Village of Weston Water Utility completed a voluntary round of sampling for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in our drinking water system on March 2, 2022. A press conference was held March 24, 2022 to discuss the results of the testing as well as our plans for short- and long-term options to continue providing safe drinking water to our customers.
Representatives of the Village of Weston, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and Marathon County Health Department participated in the press conference to answer questions from media regarding the results and plans moving forward.
