NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission, at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, on Monday, April 10, 2023, at the Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI 54476, to take testimony relative to the following:
Project #20230073 Sam Haugen, Riverside Land Surveying and 6207 RLSS, LLC, on behalf of Shelly Drake, 2305 Cutoff Road, requesting a rezone of a portion of 2305 Cutoff Road, from 2F (Two-Family Residential) Zoning District, to B2 (Highway Business) Zoning District. The portion of the lot being rezoned is legally described as follows:
The South 40' of a parcel of land described in Document No. 1669101 located in part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said parcel of land described in Document No. 1669101; Thence North 00°16'43" East along the East line of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 10332 recorded in Volume 42 of Certified Survey Maps on page 155 as Document No. 1143485, 40.02 feet; Thence South 88°31'46" West, 223.19 feet to the West line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4352 recorded in Volume 16 of Certified Survey Maps on page 120 as Document No. 867290; Thence South 00°26'18" West along said West line, 40.02 feet to the North line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4351 recorded in Volume 16 of Certified Survey Maps on page 119 as Document No. 867289; Thence South 88°31'46" West along said North line and the North line of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4567 recorded in Volume 17 of Certified Survey Maps on page 35 as Document No. 875648, 223.08 feet to the point of beginning. Written testimony submitted by noon on the date of the hearing to the Village of Weston Plan Commission, Valerie Parker, Plan Commission Secretary, 4747 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI 54476, or emailed to vparker@westonwi.gov, will be brought to the hearing and entered into the hearing record.
All interested persons wishing to provide oral or written testimony during the Public Hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.
