Keeping fire hydrants cleared and accessible is critical in case there is an emergency. Fire hydrants that are blocked or difficult to access due to snow, ice or other obstructions can impede emergency fire response. Fire engines carry a limited amount of water, so they need to be able to locate and access a water supply from the nearest hydrant. Doing our part to help remove any snow or ice within 3 feet of the fire hydrant will allow firefighters to do what they do best.

Outdoor Ice Rinks OPEN!

Fortunately, we finally received enough snow, and the weather turned cold, which allowed the Village to prepare the rinks at Kennedy Park. The ice-skating rinks are officially opened for the 2025 season. The rinks are available for skating daily and the lights are on until 9:00 pm. Please contact the Village at 715-359-6114 with questions regarding the rinks.

20 Watt
