All accessory structures require a building permit. TARP SHEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MOST ZONING DISTRICTS. Each lot has a "Maximum Accessory Structure Floor Area" as defined in Figure 5.01(1) in the Zoning Code. In addition to floor area, there are also setback and material standards as found in zoning Figure 5.01(2).
