Utility Bill Payment Options
Below are the following ways that we accept utility payments.
- ACH/EFT Auto Payment System (In House Billing System)
- Fillable Form - ACH/EFT
- Please mail, use our drop box, or come into the office with your completed form and voided check to enroll.
- You will still receive a bill statement in the mail, showing how much is due but it will say "Auto Pay".
- Pay by your checking/savings account
- FREE automated payment system
- Must include blank/voided check in order to sign up.
- Note: Bills will still be mailed to your residency for your reference and state "Auto Pay" on the bill. Payment taken out of your account on the 20th of your cycle bill due date. Payments may be taken out up to two days prior to the 20th in the occurrence of billing due date landing on a holiday.
- Fillable Form - ACH/EFT
- Payment Service Network (PSN) Utility
- Pay by checking/savings or credit/debit card through our third party online payment system.
- A convenience fee of a $1.10 will be applied to checking and savings payments.
- A convenience fee of 2.9% will be applied to credit/debit card payments. An additional fee of 50¢ is applied for payments below $100.

- Pay by 24/7 Drop Box Directly Outside of the Village of Weston's Municipal Building
- Please include:
- Bill Statement
- Check (verify all fields are filled in and your written line matches your box number)
- In a sealed Envelope
- CASH PAYMENTS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE DROP BOX.
