Village Groomed Trails Information

Looking to get outside and enjoy the winter weather? The Village has several trails that are groomed in the winter to make them easier to use. Trails are located at:

  • Machmueller Park, 7200 Quentin Street
  • Weston Dog Park, 6100 Rogan Lane
  • Eau Claire River Trail, which can be accessed from trail heads at 5600 Ryan Street, off-of Brook Court, and Tricia Avenue
  • Prohaska Family Memorial Park, 7403 Ryan Street, which is the Village's newest location just added this winter!

Due to the number of trails and the size of this Prohaska Family Memorial Park we have a map available below, showing the locations of the trails. If you have any questions regarding these trails, please contact the Village at 715-359-6114.

Keeping fire hydrants cleared and accessible is critical in case there is an emergency. Fire hydrants that are blocked or difficult to access due to snow, ice or other obstructions can impede emergency fire response. Fire engines carry a limited amount of water, so they need to be able to locate and access a water supply from the nearest hydrant. Doing our part to help remove any snow or ice within 3 feet of the fire hydrant will allow firefighters to do what they do best.

Outdoor Ice Rinks OPEN!

Fortunately, we finally received enough snow, and the weather turned cold, which allowed the Village to prepare the rinks at Kennedy Park. The ice-skating rinks officially opened for the 2025 season on Friday, February 7th. The rinks are available for skating daily and the lights are on until 9:00 pm. Please contact the Village at 715-359-6114 with questions regarding the rinks.
