Exterior Remodels include all roofing and siding projects on any principal structure. All Exterior Remodels require a permit.
- Approved roofing materials include: wood shakes, shingles, clay, concrete, metal tiles, metal, or rubber membrane.
- Approved siding materials include: wood, masonry, concrete, vinyl, horizontal metal lap, T-111, or smart siding.
- The permit fee does not include electrical, plumbing and HVAC trade permits. Please have subcontractors fill out those separately.
