Aquatic Center Closing

First, we would like to thank everyone who came out a visited the Aquatic Center in 2025! Unfortunately, the 2025 season at the Weston Aquatic Center is ending in a few short days. The final day we will be open is Sunday, August 24th. The Aquatic Center is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sundays.

We also have a special event taking place on the final day. Think before you flush

Think before you flush! Wipes go in the trash bin and are not to be flushed down the toilet. These are photos from the Fox Street Lift Station in the Village of Weston. Wipes plug sewers, cause many issues at our lift stations, and can be costly to the Village.

Even if the product says flushable, please do not flush anything down your toilet other than the three P's - pee - poo - and paper (toilet paper).

Music

If you haven't hit up a concert yet, this is your last chance to do so!
Come see Amelia Ford on Tuesday, August 26th from 7 PM to 8:30 PM with Boriken Mart Caribbean Cuisine Food Truck serving food while you enjoy the concert. Come out for a night of great music and good food! It's the last concert of the season!

Dog Park Route

Heading to the Weston dog park? You may want to take an alternate route with the construction Fuller Street. The best route to take at this time is Ross Avenue to Kellyland Street to Thomas Ave. Then Tanya St to Rogan Lane. Thank you for your patience as we make improvements to our roads in the Village of Weston!

Public Works Report

- Week of 8/25: Sidewalk work north of Rogan Ln to continue and new watermain install likely to be continuing south of Moyer Ave.

Business Park Paving (Commerce Dr and Ryan St):
- Week of 8/18: Inlets and curb and gutter work along Commerce Dr to continue with the pulverization of the existing asphalt on Commerce Dr.

Shorey Ave Repaving (County Road X to Anastasia Dr): This project is still on hold until work on Weston Ave can be completed through the Heeren intersection.
