In 2018, the Wisconsin State Legislature approved new legislation that requires villages and cities of 10,000 population or more to provide prepare and post a “New Housing Fee Report” by January 1, 2020. These documents are written to satisfy the requirements as outlined in Section 66.10014 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
