AquaHawk - Water Usage Alerting System

REGSTER FOR A FREE, NEW WATER USEAGE ALERTING SERVICENow that the system-wide automated meter reading system has been completed, the Village of Weston, has implemented a new software program called AquaHawk Alerting for municipal water and sewer customer.  This service enables you to efficiently monitor and manage your water usage and estimate future bills.

If interested in this service, simply create an account to begin receiving notifications. There is no additional charge for customers to use this service.  AquaHawk allows you to specify an amount of water (gallons) or an estimated bill amount (dollars) they don’t want to exceed.  If your water consumption or bill amount has exceeded, or is projected to exceed, the threshold value, AquaHawk will send you a notification alert

In August a leaking toilet caused a spike in usage at the Antler’s Archery.  Owner Bill Thomas was grateful to receive the utility’s alert and has elected to be the first to sign up for the service so he can make seasonal changes to his thresholds.    All customers are encouraged to enroll so they can better understand their water usage and personalize their alerts.

Why might you benefit from signing up with AquaHawk Alerting? You can:

  • Know about potential leaks before they cause costly damage
  • See exactly how much water your household is using each month
  • Set billing and usage thresholds and choose how you want to receive notifications (by email, text, or phone).
  • Conveniently access your account from any internet connected device (smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer).

To register please go to: https://westwi.aquahawk.us/login.  Also, when entering your account number do not put in the dash. For questions please contact the Village at 715-359-6114.
